Server-based Comments Tracking Comments from CONNECT Issue Resolution Issues

Once the reviewer is satisfied with the submitted CONNECT Issue Resolution issues, the reviewer completes the Review task using standard workflow methods (see Reviewing CONNECT Issues). In most scenarios, the subsequent task will be a CIR to CT processing class task. This is not mandatory though, and there can be additional tasks between the Review task and the CIR to CT processing class task. When the workflow reaches the CIR to CT processing task, the server automatically accepts it and then creates a server queue job. This queue job is responsible for creating a Comments Tracking comment for each of the CONNECT Issue Resolution issues that have a status listed in the Issue Resolution statuses, to indicate publishing to Comments Tracking comments setting.

Note: The list of statuses in the Resolution statuses to indicate publishing to CT Comments setting are typically the same as those in the Issue Resolution statuses to display in the ALIM UI setting. Once the queue job is successfully completed, the CIR to CT processing task is automatically completed, and no user interaction is required on this task.
